When I close an aquaterm window, that graph is not gone but hidden. Even
when the originating program is long gone. I have a long-running aquaterm
session that has lasted several gnuplot and octave sessions. I wanted to
cascade the 4 plots, so I went to the menu and chose Window Cascade.
Imagine my surprise when dozens of plots appeared out of nowhere.
These plots are probably taking up memory, especially if they're bitmap
plots (e.g. imagesc in octave, which I frequently do). They make the
cascade/tile options worthless.
They may also explain the odd behavior I've noticed for some time, that
aquaterm always believes that something is connected to it and refuses to
quit without user confirmation, even if all gnuplot, octave, etc. sessions
are closed.
