I Hear U

Hi! IHU is a very big program! I use it in a local FM station for doing
live events of the city (instead of expensive g.722 hardware codecs).

An interesting option is using OSS DSP, is a little complex to control ALSA
in a enviroment of multiple soundcards on the same machine.

Other question, its possible to improve other codecs like ogg vorbis 44100
mono at 64 kbps... ? for having a little musical quality in live events.

And in the future, any "realtime" and "delay suppression" are welcome.
