Transferring chapter information from one MP4 container to another
currently requires parsing the output of -info to create a suitable file
for the -chap option. A -dump-chap would be much cleaner, i.e.

mp4box -dump-chap movie.chap movie.mp4
mp4box -chap movie.chap other.mp4
