I have noticed that older versions of CAMed (eg 1.5.8.1) supported file
references in asi:templateLocation such as
asi:templateLocation="C:\workspace\wipe-cam\cam\profile.cam". Newer
versions however show <NoFile/> in the XML View when such XML file is
loaded. I had to convert my reference to a URL
(file:/C:/workspace/wipe-cam/cam/profile.cam) to make it work in CAMed
1.6.3.1.
