Happy Camel writes KMZ files with the name "base.kml" for the base KML
file, and places the photo thumbnails in the "images" folder.
When Google Earth writes a file, it names the base KML "doc.kml", and puts
all files in the "files" folder.
Although the official reference don't mention any naming conventions, it
makes some sense to follow Google Earth in the respect. The present KMZ
files can't be read by Google Earth (image is broken), maybe that's got
something to do with it.
