5 codesets 6.8 UTF-8 problem with YAM - ID: 2496990

Details:

After upgrading to codesets 6.8, YAM shows "umlauts" in
UTF-8 encoded mails as "?". Switching back to
codesets 6.6 all is fine again. Using MosphOS 2.2 and
YAM 2.5 [MOS/PPC].

Date: 2009-06-15 19:13 Sender: itix This was a bug in MorphOS 2.2 and will be fixed in MorphOS 2.3. In the meantime I implemented workaround.
Date: 2009-01-10 09:06 Sender: damato I will assign this bugitem to itix as he is responsible for the MorphOS relevant changes in codeset.library v6.8 which might be the reason for these issues. itix? Do you have an idea if your routines for adding the default codeset of MorphOS 2.x might be the reason for this issue?
