Accessing resources in Plugin JAR - ID: 2488767

At the moment the "normal" way of accessing resources inside JARs e.g.
getResourceAsStream() does not function as the plugin JARs are not added to
the System class loader.
either they need to be added to the system class loader or some other
mechanism needs to be put in place such that access to the resources is
possible.
