I found a feature request (1783514) that says it was incorporated into 4.3
in August 2007. As of January 2009, it's still not in a released version.
What is the release plan for gnuplot? Even if the plan is "We'll release it
when we're ready", that should be stated somewhere on the website. I bet
you have more firm plans than that, and I'd be curious to see those on the
web site.
