When using the browser setting for choosing the language on the web page
the encoding is wrong. I have my browser set to Swedish and the web page is
marked as latin-1, even though it's clearly encoded in utf-8. The result is
really ugly. The HTML includes <meta http-equiv="Content-Type"
content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
If I choose Swedish from the drop-down list the page is properly marked as
utf-8. The HTML includes <meta http-equiv="Content-Type"
content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
