pyHook messagepump hangs when user changes time - ID: 2423789

In Windows XP:
If the user changes the system clock - such that new time is earlier than
the current time and then again changes the clock such that the new time is
greater than the changed time, then pyHook messagepump hangs.
We have to kill the process and restart it for it to work again.
