Zero Install

Tried it also on Ubuntu 8.10 (where the problem was exactly the same as
reported by bug starter, massive CPU use during the download itself, which
in turn caused a massive slowdown in transfer).

Again, installing the 9.04 Jaunty package for 0install 0.37 fixed it for
me.

Ok, installing the 0.37 Ubuntu 9.04 package on Ubuntu 8.04 fixes this issue
for me.

Im using Ubuntu 8.04 and 0install 0.33 (latest in official repository for
8.04).

Meanwile as further info, I'm not sure it's python hogging all the CPU. My
CPU gets maxed out due to "i/o wait" so somehow HD-access related.
And it happens after the download has finished and the game is in
"graphics build mode", shader lightning_default_pvl@@100 60%


Will try again with zeroinstall-injector_0.37 once I get that installed.

What version are you using? 0.36 had a fix for a CPU problem. If it's
earlier than that, try the latest:
