wxGlade

When a SplitterWindow is placed in some window and the project is saved
then after loading the project again and opening the frame, the sash
position is reset to default (size=11), eventhough window is much bigger
then. This is probably due to the fact that SplitterWindow's method
SetSashPosition checks the position against window size and the window is
not shown yet.
