fig2dev produces EPS with USE_PDFLATEX - ID: 2234783

When running with USE_PDFLATEX defined, generating a PDF causes xfig files
to be converted to EPS rather than PDF. The problem is on the final line
of xfig.mk and xfig.gmk, where $*.eps should be $*.pdf (looks like maybe a
copy-paste error).
