buffer overrun in udpInput - ID: 2225981

There is a buffer overrun in udpInput when receiving 4096 bytes, since a
terminating null byte is added.
There was also some curious debug output on Windows, since the terminating
null byte was added after tracing output.
Leading Tabs are converted to spaces.
