PowerPC .obc missing - ID: 2192747

When you download 3.6 version for MacOS X, it comes with Intel .obc already
created instead of no file (so the game can create the correct version
depending on running platform).
So the game quits with no error message and you need to navigate in
Resources/data/newgfx, and delete the .obc file.
