glew.dll causes random crashes during software initialization on windows.
every 100th run will crash inside glew.dll. if software is started in
Windbg it says "the application failed to initialize properly" during
ModLoad glew32.dll and throws first and second chance exceptions. and thats
even before the actual program is even running yet. this happens on all
glew versions, using latest build now.
