It appears to me that I am unable to enter a tax percentage of 2.5% the
program consistently rounds this figure to 3%

Also, it seems odd that we are unable to delete a work order once it has
been started and/or close out a work order without a charge. It would be
nice if there was a no charge option.

One last thing, it would also be nice if we could assign a task to a tech
without having to denote an end time. We should be able to schedule a
computer but the tech should be able to denote the ending time.
