on the fly support for new vendor/product ids - ID: 2186397

FTDI chips are widely used and unfortunately many manufacurers choose to
change vendor/product ids, making it impossible for the driver to detect,
that it is in fact an ftdi.
Currently this can only be solved by recompiling the driver.
I suggest to give an on the fly possibility similar to the em28xx driver:
echo eb1a 2821 > /sys/bus/usb/drivers/em28xx/new_id
