engine fails to build with gcc 4.3 - ID: 2169611

Similar to bug 2052025, engine fails to build because gcc 4.3's headers
include fewer other headers than previous versions. The offending code, in
src/segment/TransductionLog.cpp, was introduced in r948. Patch submitted.
