Patch to support splitting single mp3 or ogg with cue sheet - ID: 2148828

This patch will cause lossless2lossy to split a single mp3 or ogg file into
individual files for each song.
To work, the source directory can only conatian a single lossless file, and
a single cue sheet file.
This works for Flac and APE lossless files.
