OpenProj - Project Management

Using the 1.4 debian package, I can not save a new project.

I create a new project, add a task and then save.
Nothing is actually saved, even though the save dialog completes.

Attempting to exit prompts to save.
If I say yes, I go through the save dialog, but nothing is saved, so when
attempting to exit, again the prompt to save the project occurs.
The only way to exit is to exit without saving.

1.3.1 works fine.
