Allow consumer to query for servicegroup(s) by name - ID: 2131680

Just dividing these up to make it easier for you to track them ..
I can contribute coding time to this to help out :).
Would be very nice to be able to query for one or more servicegroups by
name
statusjson.cgi?servicegroup=SSH&servicegroup=SNMP
