Even if you toggle silent to turn the shouts off, they still get displayed
in the chat window. You need to handle that more carefully - after you
parse the shout message from CLIP, check the status of the user's silent
toggle. Only if the toggle is on, display the message in the chat box. I
know that CLIP protocol is buggy, that's why you'll probobly need more
effort on the client side to work around the bugs.
Just thought that you might have overlooked it. Otherwise, good job. Don't
lose courage.
