Cached Remote Board Title Search - Perl

not sure if this is a feature request, but anyway.

indexer and results still use the
http://vnboards.ign.com/message.asp?topic=yyyyyyyy and
http://vnboards.ign.com/board.asp?brd=xxxx format. the board software still
accepts this but uses another format itself, i.e.
http://vnboards.ign.com/board_name/bxxxx/yyyyyyyy/ and
http://vnboards.ign.com/board_name/bxxxx/

might be wise to start using the different format preventing to have to do
it in a hurry later on.

issues with this are the boardnames which aren't used or stored anywhere at
the moment. would be wise to check possible urls which are accepted.
