missing header includes - ID: 2117449

cgdb/src/cgdbrc.c uses xfree() without pulling in the readline headers.
easier to just change it to free() as any POSIX compliant system will work
the same.
various/util/src/fork_util.c should pull in terminal.h to get at the tty
func prototypes.
