GNS3 Doesn't properly load or save base console port - ID: 2116669

I am deploying a small cluster of Dynamips server for a Cisco class we
teach. I discovered that GNS3 doesn't save the base console port for
external Hypervisors.
After digging through the code it seems that the config option was
forgotten about, or left out in the 0.5 release. I've attached a patch
that fixes this bug. Please note that I've only tested this patch under
Linux.
