button wait for splash pics - ID: 2103886

As some people (like me) have made some quite nice splash pics for many
gamebase databases, it would be nice if those splash pics could be viewed a
bit longer, instead of just a second or so.
An option to enable this by waiting for a mouse click before the splash pic
dissapears would come handy.
