wbemsmt-common: FCOHelper failing to load classes - ID: 2095575

The issue seems to be related to the JVM.
When the client requests the classloader to load a class
(<packagename>.cimregisteredprofile) in JVM v1.5, the classloader returns a
class not found exception while in JBM v1.6, it throws a diff exception
(when it should be throwing the classloader exception as per class def).
