1 account recovery - ID: 2075792
Last Update: Comment added ( ricwheeler )

I have an account (ricwheeler) that I opened with my old email address
(ric@emc.com) but have lost the login details and access to that email when
I left EMC to join Red Hat.

A month or so back, I filed a support request to recover that account so I
could update fs_mark which is the project that I ran from my ricwheeler
account.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Ric

Great, I should be set. Can you remove my duplicate account now
(ricwheeler2)?

Thanks!

Ric

I think that EMC has a "no bounce" for dead accounts policy so you will
probably hit the 48 hour timeout ;-)

The new email account is my gmail account: ricwheeler@gmail.com.

Once the account is reopened, I would like to make sure that my cvs access
to the fsmark project is correctly set up and then we can close out this
ricwheeler2 account...

Thanks much!

Ric

Hi - the old account was just "ricwheeler" and was most likely attached to
"ric@emc.com".

If I can get that account back (i.e., reset the password and set the email
to either ricwheeler@gmail.com or rwheeler@redhat.com, then I can close
this one.

The next step will be to try and update my fs_mark code.

Thanks!

What is the account name you are attempting to recover? As well, I require

I can be of assistance on that.
