" fsdiff will not care if an object matching an exclude line is present or
absent, and will not print out anything relating to it. Exclude patterns
will not affect things already in a transcript. "
Steps to reproduce:
1) create an exclude that matches a file object in a previous positive
transcript and exists on the client file system.
2) run fsdiff -C
Results:
A minus/deletion line for files that match the exclude
Tested with 1.13.0rc2
