5 improper video display - ID: 2029635

Details:

This problem affects all homebrew. The display is "pinched" horizontally
so that some of the vertical display area is off the screen and there are
two black vertical borders like pillarboxing. It may only happen on
widescreen televisions, but I have no way to confirm that since I do not
have a standard def. tv.
