Requesting a locl map for Romanian that changes s and t with cedillas to comma variants. This is a typical of commercial fonts. I attached a proposed patch against the Regular font feature file. If this is okay I'll do the other the same way.
I moved the aalt table to be beginning of GSUB so locl won't affect it. Also standard practice, AFAICT.
I tested all the features together with locl{ROM} and so far they work as well as they do without.
Currently the c2sc an smcp don't work as expected because the fonts lack the small caps for s and t with comma (I filed a bug report for those). They're a bit beyond my expertize.
Also, I'm not sure how c2sc and locl are supposed to be ordered. In the version of Minion Pro that comes with Adobe Reader 8, activating c2sc and locl together breaks locl. I need a better example...
