Both recursively and not (and with and without --dry-run), for me "detox ."
and "detox ./" both cause detox to exit "successfully" without actually
having done anything except, with -v, print that it's "Scanning: ." or
"Scanning: ./"
This is on my Gentoo Linux system, with both the version currently in the
tree (1.2.0_rc3) and my renaming of the ebuild (Gentoo is basically a
reimplementation of BSD's ports system) to use the 1.2.0 tarball. I've
since reverted, because "detox -r ." is my most common use of the command,
but it's five minutes wait to reinstall a later version.
