Setting Log Axis Scale does not disable autoscale - ID: 2013140

Setting the Min, Max, or MajorStep property of a log axis scale
(Zedgraph.LogScale) class does not set MinAuto, MaxAuto, or MajorStepAuto
as is expected based on the documentation of the functions in
(Zedgraph.Scale).
