5 Statistics server not available - ID: 2011361

Details:

Dear Madam and Sir,

I cannot get information about my project statistics due to an error in
accessing the statistics server.

This issue occured a few weeks ago and pertained until now.

Is there a known issue with the statistics server or must I look for the
reason elsewhere?

Please give me a brief hint.
