User Addition Does not check if user already exists - ID: 201095

Currently when a new user signs on and picks a login name the server does
not check if the login name is already in user. What will happen is when
someone creats a new user with a login name that is already in user it will
overwrite the old users account with the newly created one. This bug has
been around for quite some time now and is going to need to be fixed.
