listbox firing select event with null as a parameter - ID: 2010019

Run the attached test case; after clicking the 'New' button an exception
occurs as it tries to set the driver to null.
It works with ZK 3.0.0, but fails with 3.0.6.
It looks like it ignores the fact that the driver is defaulted when we
create a new repository object.
