5 trade/train with indians when at war - ID: 2005506

Details:

You can TRADE with indians and TRAIN at indian villages when at war with
them!

I tried by ships and also sneaked a colonist to learn a profession while at
full war and they were angry..
It works..

Is this a bug.. should I be able to trade and train while at war with them?

Date: 2009-01-06 19:57 Sender: pruano Apparently, there is already code to handle this, but its not working because it depends on the settlement tension towards the player, which is broken, as it was already stated.
