5 NTLDR is missing after reboot - ID: 2003935
Last Update: Settings changed ( henca )

I boot from a linux CD containing ms-sys
I format a harddrive to FAT32 using parted
Copy Windows XP setup files to the harddrive
use ms-sys to make it dos-bootable(io.sys, command.com, autoexec,bat, etc)
Boot from the harddrive
Setup runs thru saying it's copying files to the harddrive but after it
reboots I get an "NTLDR is missing" error.

Please post the entire command lines with all switched to ms-sys that you
used to write boot records to the Master Boot Record and the Boot Record of
the partition. From the error message my guess is that you missed the "-2"
switch (also known as --fat32nt) when preparing the partition.
