Proposal for creating library with common functions

Hello!

Recently I searched sf and found many tools that does the same in different
ways and created for different purposes... So I have an idea that if we
created library with common functions/classes -
- it would result in decreasing time spent on its testing and development
of our projects
- and if we'll create common library it maybe will be useful for other
people who would like to create projects of the same type
