The Hornby Digital R8215 decoder is listed twice in the default decoder
index.
The definitions appear in:
Hornby8215.xml
and
HornbyDigital.xml
The definition in Hornby8215.xml is very innacurate, and I'm concerned it
will cause confusion to users. It attempts to read/write CV's that simply
don't exist on the Hornby Decoder.
I believe Hornby8215.xml should be removed.
NB, Hornby have apparently now got the R8215 nmra certified, and confirmed
its very basic feature set.
