too many splash screens - ID: 1997005

This is a minor annoyance: every time I launch Freemind, I get a splash
screen for Simply HTML in addition to the Freemind one.
That's a bit busy and annoying. Maybe it would be better to parameterise
things so that only the Freemind one pops up.
