Hi,
After a couple of days of editing descriptions I finally managed to get my
project registered. I want to upload my code to sourceforge now. I do not
currently wish to use CVS or SVN as it is just 1 single perl file. I just
want to copy it to the server so that it will be visible and downloadable
by all.
My shell account seems to be active and I am able to log in with a username
and password. As I understand I'm supposed to place content for my project
here -
/home/groups/f/fw/fwauto - My Project UNIX name is fwauto
Here's a link to my project: http://sourceforge.net/projects/fwauto
When I log in to shell.sourceforge.net however I can go to
/home/groups/f/fw/ but there is no directory under fw called fwauto. So I
guess I cant upload content yet. Is my understanding correct or have I
missed something? Please advise on future course of action.
Once uploaded I will be able to view content and my files through
http://fwauto.sourceforge.net. Is that correct?
Thanks
Arvind
