Flickr Backup

I installed Flickr Backup, authorized access and the first time I clicked
OK, it claimed I didn't authorize access so I went through the entire
download/install process over again to get it to accept that I'd authorized
but then when I went to download it didn't load all of my pictures and then
when I tried to download the ones I had selected it said "Download Failed"
in between the selection I chose and the "download failed" screen several
small screens popped up & away so fast that I couldn't see what they were.
I have NO IDEA what the problem is but it's annoying. I need to get these
pictures from point A-B and I have very few options...
