5 CSS IE6 bridge produces invalid HTML - ID: 1985916

Details:

The Login page has a invalid HTML CSS Block (tested with v1.4.15) see the
file page_header.php.

But for a valid HTML the IE6 comment bridge has to be outer the style
block.

I've made a patch against v1.4.15.
