surfit

Hello,

I am having trouble installing surfit-2.1 on my Windows XP SP2 machine.

No matter what I try, I get the following error message when I start the
installer:

---------------------------
Installer can't find Tcl8.3 library! Installation will be aborted. Do you
want to automatically download Active Tcl8.3.5 (about 7mb)? Press NO to
download manually, CANCEL to abort installation
---------------------------
Yes No Cancel
---------------------------


Neither ActiveTcl8.3 nor ActiveTcl8.5 (the latest from the ActiveState web
site) will work.

In both cases, I tried shutting down and restarting my machine after
installing Tcl, but no luck.

Is there anything I can do with environment variables to make the surfit
installer find the Tcl installation?
