Whenever the letter 'ı' is preceded or followed by '-', the character
replacement is not honored and is displayed as "ı". For example, instead
of displaying http://www.yoursite.com/c-a-n-i-m.html it will display it as
http://www.yoursite.com/c-a-n-ı-m.html (where character replacement is
configured as "ı|i")
