Dynamically load nearby maps to the current one to allow multi-map
editing.

Perhaps a "Shift+Click" feature to grab the current map and move it up the
screen, exposing the other maps.

When you release maps from moving them around, then a "do you want to save
changes" dialogue, so that the loaded maps can save and the ones that no
longer display can be "unloaded"
