Skip #EXTM3U entries on playlists - ID: 1966319

Some media players still generate the playlist with EXTM3U entries, XMMS as
an example, and such entries make mpg321 end with an error.
According to the lacking documentation I found EXTM3U is deprecated:

I've attached a patch that skips the EXTM3U entries of the playlist.
