Patch for WTK preverify to work with OSX - ID: 1965023

I posted a patch in the response. It is just a matter of how the arguments
are constructed in src/de/pleumann/antenna/misc/Utility.java
Seems like a good thing to incorporate.
Thought this might be a better place to list it.
